How long do we keep your personal data?
We store and process your personal data for the time necessary to achieve the intended purpose. These periods are detailed as follows:
– data relating to prospective customers is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact,
– customer data is retained for 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship,
– personal data may be stored in archives (i.e., with restricted access), for documentation purposes, for a maximum period corresponding to the duration of the contractual or commercial relationship, plus the time necessary for the settlement and consolidation of rights, applicable limitation periods, and the exhaustion of legal remedies.
