100% Italian extra virgin olive oil obtained from Geracese olives in Calabria. It has a medium fruity profile, with fresh notes of grass and almond. On the palate it is very robust yet remains balanced and harmonious, with pronounced bitterness and spiciness. Ideal for drizzling over vegetables, fish, and Mediterranean dishes.
