Our organic extra virgin olive oil is produced at our agritourism property in the province of Lecce, where we cultivate approximately 70 hectares of olive groves near the sea, respecting nature and local traditions. The olives are harvested and cold-pressed to best preserve their quality, aromas, and properties.
