Our Salento Merlot IGT comes from grapes grown in the sunny vineyards of Salento, where the Mediterranean climate and proximity to the sea give the wine elegance and structure. Intense ruby red in color, it has aromas of ripe red fruits, notes of sweet spices and a pleasant softness on the palate.
A harmonious, round and well-balanced wine, it is ideal paired with red meats, aged cheeses or rich pasta dishes.
