Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is born in our farmhouse in the province of Lecce, where we cultivate about 70 hectares of olive groves near the sea, respecting nature and local traditions. The olives are harvested and processed by cold extraction to best preserve quality, fragrance and properties.
